Hello,

We are happy to see so many swimmers signed up for our tri-meet Tuesday! Thanks for pivoting to the new location. 

We will need a few more volunteers to make this meet run smoothly!

- A deck manager. This job is ABSOLUTELY needed for this meet. Sarah Foster and I will both be out of town, but I promise it's not that hard! You will walk a lot, that's the hardest part. The deck manager organizes the swimmers for each event and walks them to the deck to make sure they are seated in the chairs to get ready for the events. 

- Bull pen parents for all ages. We have most slots filled, but need a few parents for Girls 9-10. There are additional slots for most ages, so please consider adding yourself to a group. It's MUCH easier when there are several parents to watch out for kids and collaborate.

- Computer worker first half. Critical job to ensure our times get entered correctly.

- Place judge, part one and two. The place judge overrides the timers if there is a discrepancy. You do sit for half the meet, but you can do this knowing your role helps ensure correct places for our swimmers!

- Swimmer and volunteer check-in. Helps to come early. Dana will print and bring volunteer list and swimmer check-in list.

One more thing:

Our bullpen area will be a grassy spot right outside the pool. It would be GREAT if you could bring your popup tent. Nate has one he will bring. We were thinking 4 would be ideal. Bring blankets, folding chairs, etc. to make our bullpen comfortable.
