Dear Parents,

Earlier today I requested that you post photos from the season. I should also have acknowledged at that time that some parents would oppose their child's image being used in this way and asked permission prior to any postings. Please email me to let me know if you your position on this. We will be using some of these images in a private gallery. I was planning on also posting the team photo (scheduled for tomorrow) on the website next year. 

If you wish to send me a photo privately, I can ensure that no images are used without parents' authorization.
