Dear Parents,

First: we found out that parking is paid through ParkATL. Just a heads up since the process (paying with the app, etc) adds a little time to the trip.

Second: We have 80 swimmers signed up to swim tomorrow! Wow!

Thanks so much for all the job sign-ups. The job sign up sheet is looking really good so far.

We still need a help with the following areas. Please go into your Swimtopia account and sign up for a spot that will work for you! 

(Reminder! No job is super difficult and you will get lots of support if this is new to you!)

5-6 girls bullpen (2 parents needed for supervision of 5-6 year old girls and working with coaches to get them to their swims)

7-8 boys bullpen (2 parents needed for supervision of 7-8 year old boys, working with coaches to get them organized for swimming)

7-8 girls bullpen (2 parents needed for supervision of 7-8 year old girls, working with coaches to get them organized for swimming)

9-10 boys bullpen (1 parent needed for supervision of 9-10 year old boys, working with coaches to get them organized for swimming)

9-10 girls bullpen (2 parents needed for supervision of 9-10 year old girls, working with coaches to get them organized for swimming)

Second half place judge (1- you watch the swims and determine with a person from the other team the correct place order for the races.)

Second half recorder (1- you bring times for races from the deck to the computer table)

Second half timers (6) 

Returning Piranha parents: there are a few things that we learned last year it's helpful to have printed (in addition to the meet entries and heat sheets)... if you remember what those are (like job lists and bullpen rosters)- please email or text me!
