Good afternoon Piranhas!

Meet #2 at Decatur is just a few hours away!

Here are a few more details for you to consider as you plan your evening.

Arrival: 5 PM

Address: 440 W Trinity Pl, Decatur, GA 30030

Parking: You can park along the street by the pool and along Trinity in front of the police station. This can get crowded; please be patient.

When you arrive: Parents find Martha to check in about jobs- both bullpen and deck. Find Malessa Paez to check your swimmer in. Find a person using a Sharpie to get your swimmer's markup done (feel free to do this in advance if you like).

After markup, help your child find their bullpen, which will be outside the gate on the grass. Kids must stay with the bullpen for the entire meet. If your child tends to want to be with you, or if they tend to wander away from groups, please plan to stay with the bullpen. This meet will move fast, and we will need to be able to locate kids in the bullpens quickly!

Warm up: Keep an eye out for coaches gathering our swimmers for warmups, which will start at approx. 5:30 PM.

Meet start: 6 PM. Meets always start with 100 Free relay (ages 5-6) and Medley relays for ages 7 and up. See attached HEAT SHEET for the details. Lane writers/ athlete check-in is also attached.

Warm evening ahead: Coach Nate is bringing a popup tent. It would be great to have another one. Let me know if you can bring one. Text 404-643-7002.

Other details: Concessions will be available. According to Coach Beth of the Gators, this will consist of "your normal junk food along with some Raging burritos." 😆

There are a lot of Gators and a lot of Piranhas in this meet. We could go as late as 9:30 PM (but we're going to swim fast for an earlier finish). 

We still need a few parents on the 7-8 boys bullpen especially after 8 pm, 2 computer workers, a second half place judge, and some back-up timers would be awesome.
